I’m celebrating this milestone!
When I started my blog years ago, I never thought about arriving at a specific number of posts. My biggest challenge was committing to this blogging to make worthwhile contributions. But now that I’ve arrived at 100 at the end of 2013, I take this as providence, an opportunity to share my celebration, some of the great things that have happened to me in 2013 and a great way to claim some greatness in the year[s] ahead.
I’ve put together this slideshow of some eventful things that have happened this year. I could go back since I’ve been blogging and put together a bigger presentation, but I think this pres is an appropriate depiction of my growth – you’ll see me learning from some great people, sharing some things I have learned and continuing my journey in connecting and growing with others.
I could have 5 times as many pictures as there are days in the year and it still wouldn’t be enough to capture how great my blogging experience has been or how great this year has been. There aren’t words or pictures enough that can adequately describe:
- How great its been to reconnect with my mentors/friends Dr Donna Peters, @donnapeters51 and Dr Bryan Setser, @BryanSetser
- The continued great work we do at #NCADMIN [with my man Craig Smith @CSmithGoBlue]
- How great, TRULY GREAT the staff at @SLMSBroncos and my school district Cumberland County Schools, @CumberlandCoSch [a 2013 Broad Finalist]
I absolutely thank God for blessing me with my family, wife and kids – they were my first inspiration!
I’m looking forward to another 100 posts! My PLN helps me in so many ways – this modest contribution is my way of saying thanks for the support and I will continue to commit to us growing together.
